Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the delivery location.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the status of your package in real time.

Each product is securely packaged to maintain quality and prevent damage during transit. We consciously use sustainable materials wherever possible.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays due to logistical or regional constraints may occasionally occur. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

We want every HRIM Stones customer to feel delighted with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a smooth return and refund process under the following conditions:


Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with any pouches, or accessories provided.

Customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return. Upon approval, the product must be shipped back to us.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, kindly notify us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your stones away from perfumes, lotions, detergents, and cleaning sprays as they may dull or damage the surface.

Handle with Care – Many crystals are delicate and can chip, crack, or scratch easily. Avoid dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces.

Temperature Sensitivity – Extreme heat or cold can affect some crystals. Store them in a cool, dry place.

Separate Storage – Store each stone or accessory individually (preferably in a soft pouch or box) to prevent scratches.

Energy Cleansing – Regularly cleanse and recharge your crystals with safe methods such as moonlight, smudging, sound, or placing on a selenite plate.

Children & Pets – Keep small tumble stones and accessories out of reach of children and pets to avoid accidental swallowing.

Jewelry Care – For crystal bracelets or pendants, avoid wearing during heavy workouts, swimming, or while sleeping to maintain longevity.
