Returns

At Hrim Stones, every item is thoughtfully crafted, energetically prepared, and carefully packed. Since our products are handmade and energetically customised, we follow a mindful return and refund policy.

We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Share clear photos of the item and the packaging via WhatsApp or email.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, personal beliefs in crystal energy, or general wear and tear.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items bought during a sale or promotional offer
  • Energised or intentionally programmed crystals (unless damaged)

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product amount (excluding return shipping unless the error was on our end).
